Wennov Connect
Integrations
Connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and internal systems quickly.
Connect the platform to the systems you already run
Online store, booking calendar, CRM or your own application — through ready-made integrations or the API.
Communication is worth something when it starts from real data: an order placed, an appointment confirmed, a cart abandoned. The platform connects directly to the systems that produce those events, so you do not export lists by hand or maintain two contact databases in parallel.
Available integrations
- Shopify — OAuth connection, customer and order sync, triggers for order placed, shipped or delivered
- WooCommerce — a dedicated WordPress plugin plus REST API sync
- Calendly — automatic reminders for confirmed or cancelled appointments
- WhatsApp Business through Meta and 360dialog, with approved templates
- Telegram, Viber, Messenger and Instagram DM as extensions of the same inbox
- SMPP connectors to aggregators and carriers, with routing rules and automatic failover
- Stripe, Netopia and FGO for payments and invoicing
- Zapier, n8n and Make through webhooks, for everything else
API and webhooks
The REST API is documented with OpenAPI and covers single or batch message sending, contact management, campaigns, OTP verification and delivery-status lookups. Authentication uses API keys with separate scopes for read, write and send; keys can be rotated without interrupting traffic and restricted to specific IP addresses. For real-time events — message delivered, message failed, contact created — you can subscribe your own endpoint to HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks, with a delivery log, automatic retries and the option to replay a failed delivery manually. Sending is asynchronous: the API accepts the message immediately and confirms delivery later through a webhook, so a traffic spike never blocks your application.
Triggers from external systems
Beyond the ready-made integrations, you can define your own inbound endpoints — signed, with configurable deduplication — that any internal system can call to start an automation. An ERP marking an invoice overdue, a support tool closing a ticket, or a loyalty system changing a customer tier can each trigger a message or a whole sequence this way, with no dedicated integration.
Frequently asked questions
How long does connecting an online store take?
For Shopify, the connection runs through OAuth and takes a few minutes. For WooCommerce you install the plugin, paste your API key and choose the events you want to use. Neither requires development work.
What happens if my endpoint does not respond?
Delivery is retried automatically with increasing intervals between attempts. After several consecutive failures the endpoint is deactivated so it does not accumulate failed deliveries, and you get the full log with the HTTP code and error message for every attempt.
Can I use the platform through the API only, without the interface?
Yes. Every important operation is available through the API and the interface is optional. Many teams use the interface for configuration and reporting, and the API for traffic.
How do I verify a webhook really came from you?
Every delivery includes a header with an HMAC-SHA256 signature computed over the raw request body using your endpoint secret. Compare the received signature with one you compute locally and reject the request if they do not match. The secret can be rotated at any time from the interface.
Is there a test environment?
Yes. You can send messages flagged as tests, which appear distinctly in reports and are never confused with real traffic, and you can simulate webhook events to verify your integration before going to production.
