Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate my existing contacts?
Yes. Import from CSV with field and custom-field mapping, or transfer them through the API. Unsubscribe state can be imported alongside the contacts, so you never message someone who previously opted out.
Can I keep the same Sender ID?
Yes, as far as the Sender ID complies with the rules of the carriers in that country. We register it on your account, and the process usually takes a few working days.
Do I get a local compliant invoice?
Yes. We issue invoices with VAT under Romanian law, payable by card, local payment provider, or bank transfer. There is no need to handle foreign-currency invoices or reverse-charge accounting for non-EU services.
How hard is it to replace an existing API integration?
Our API is standard REST with key authentication, so the sending logic is usually rewritten in a few hours. The main architectural difference is that we separate dispatch state from real DLR-confirmed delivery state, so it is worth revisiting how your code treats confirmations.
What happens to my customers data?
You remain the controller of that data and we are the processor. The relationship is governed by a publicly available data processing agreement that applies automatically, with no separate negotiation. Primary data is hosted in the European Union.
