Case studies

Real-world impact in deliverability, conversion, and operational efficiency.

Representative setups by industry

How the platform is wired up in typical scenarios — what triggers, on which channel, and what you measure.

What follows are not success stories with company names and percentages. They are concrete configurations, described the way they are actually built in the platform, for the sectors that use it most. You can reproduce them step by step in your own account and read the result in your own delivery and conversion reports rather than in someone else numbers.

E-commerce

The store connects through Shopify or WooCommerce and order events flow straight into the platform. Order confirmation goes out over SMS, because it arrives immediately and does not depend on an inbox. The shipping notice carries the tracking number. Abandoned carts enter a three-step automation: an email after an hour, an SMS a day later only to those who did not open the email, and automatic exit from the sequence the moment the order is actually placed, so nobody gets a reminder for something they already bought. After delivery, a review request goes out. What you measure: carrier-confirmed delivery rate, email open rate, and how many orders were placed after entering the abandoned-cart sequence.

Clinics, practices and appointment-based services

The calendar connects through Calendly or your own endpoint, and confirmed bookings trigger a reminder sequence: one 24 hours ahead and one two hours ahead, over SMS. The patient can reply to the message, and the reply lands in the unified inbox where reception sees it alongside the rest of the conversation. Cancellations trigger a different message carrying a rebooking link. What you measure: how many appointments actually received a delivered reminder, and how no-shows compare with the period before the automation.

Financial services and applications with authentication

One-time codes are sent through the API with fraud protection active: a cap on how many codes go to the same number in a short window, and traffic explicitly marked as OTP rather than promotional. Transactional notices use templates with variables and also go through the API, asynchronously, with delivery confirmed by webhook. Routing has an alternative route configured, and the circuit breaker switches over automatically if the primary provider starts rejecting messages. What you measure: time to confirmed delivery and failure rate per provider.

Logistics and delivery

Shipment status reaches the platform by webhook from your internal system, and the recipient is notified at pickup, at out-for-delivery and at completion. In regions where SMS is expensive, WhatsApp or Viber can be the first choice, falling back to SMS if the message cannot be delivered. Recipient replies — rescheduling, access instructions — land in the unified inbox. What you measure: delivery rate per channel and average cost per notification after shifting traffic.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you not publish customer names and percentages?

Because a real reference is published only with the customer written consent, and performance figures depend on the list, the offer and the sector, so they do not transfer honestly from one company to another. We prefer to describe the exact configuration, which you can verify against your own data.

Can I reproduce these setups without development work?

Mostly, yes. The Shopify, WooCommerce and Calendly integrations connect from the interface, and automations are built visually. Scenarios that start from internal systems need a webhook call, which is a few lines of code.

How long before I see the first results?

A simple flow — an order confirmation or an appointment reminder — can be live the same day. Multi-step sequences with A/B testing need a few weeks of traffic before the difference between variants becomes meaningful.

Do you have references I can contact?

We discuss that case by case, depending on your sector and the consent of the customers involved. Tell us which industry interests you and we will say concretely what we can share.
