Why domain authentication matters
Gmail and Outlook check whether the email genuinely comes from the domain in the sender address. Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, a significant share of your messages go straight to spam no matter how good the content is. The platform checks those records, tells you exactly what to add in DNS, then re-checks until everything is right.

Why does my email land in spam?
Usually one of three reasons: domain authentication is not configured correctly, you increased volume suddenly from a new domain, or your list contains invalid addresses generating bounces. The platform covers all three: it checks DNS, ramps volume gradually, and cleans the list before sending.
How long does warming up a new domain take?
Typically a few weeks, depending on your target volume. The platform increases the daily amount automatically at a safe pace and pauses if delivery indicators deteriorate.
Can I use my own SMTP server?
Yes. Connect your own SMTP if you want full control over the sending infrastructure, or use ours if you would rather not administer anything.
How do you handle unsubscribes?
Every marketing campaign includes an unsubscribe link and requests are processed automatically. An unsubscribed contact is suppressed for all future campaigns and cannot be reactivated by re-uploading the list.
