Managing Conversations

Organize your inbox with filters and assignments:

  • Filter by status: Open, pending, or closed conversations
  • Assign to team: Route conversations to specific team members
  • Search: Find conversations by contact name or phone number
  • Bulk actions: Close multiple conversations at once

Replying to Messages

Your replies are automatically sent via the optimal SMS provider based on your routing settings:

  • Type your reply in the message composer
  • SMS is automatically sent via your configured provider
  • Delivery status tracked in real-time
  • Full conversation history maintained

Mobile App Fallback

If your SMS quota is exhausted, download the Weconn Gateway mobile app to reply directly from your phone. Your team can still respond without counting against quota limits.
